How to unlock the restrictions on Sylvania Android Tablets

0	I have a Sylvania Android tablet, it has "Slide Me" on it. I prefer "Google Play Store", but it is locked out. I cannot access any Google services. How can I unlock this? android google unlocking asked Dec 27 '12 at 21:50 qman9990 1●1●1
