I use Blogger to host my blogs and for extra information, I have Google Analytics set to track site stats. Blogger also comes with site stats built in, but I've noticed quite a difference in visitors count between the two. Should I trust Blogger Stats?

sure there reliable to a degree depends how broke down the results you are seeing are it can show you what day you got the most hits or visits some are broke down by what hours of the day you got more hits the break down is what makes it more reliable paid services most not all break things down in way that will show you what page got more hits what links got used more what bannersand addvertizing got more interest and clicks .. the biggest thing they can do it show you haw sticky your site is ,and if you are holding visitor or just sending them away or bring them there to lead them away , what is really more important is where you show up in search ranking and how many are big directed to your site for there needs ..
you always have to watch your advertizing these can lower your ranking they can send the web crawlers away before they can crawl your wholeif you have a top loading banner and that is the frist thing with a link found it sends the spiders away lowering page ranking advertizing working against ytou this is why free websites are poor for getting ranking ifthe site insists on a banner on top and is in control of the meta tags it is out to boost its self not you ..
a good stats program will make these things clear :)
