Has anyone found a way to read tweets starting with the last read? If I don't check my twitter feeds for a few hours Twitter and Tweetdeck start at "the top" or most recent tweets received, not where you left off. If you follow a metric ass ton of people that can be a problem.

One thing you can do is use the twitter app, it does this by default. Another thing is: unfollow some people. I bet you are following a lot of people you don't care about, so take a look through the "following" section.
