I'd like to run a virtual copy of Windows on my iPad. I know that Parallels offers this service, but I don't own a Mac. I am well aware that you can use 'log me in' and all of these other VNCs to connect and control home computers, but I would like to use a virtual machine. Is there any service like this that anyone knows of?

Parallels only offer remote desktop to the virtual machine on an actual mac

Not possible without a jailbreak, even with a jailbreak the odds are extraordinarily slim that something like this exists.

Apple doesn't allow VM's onto the App Store or any software capable of running them, not to mention that it probably wouldn't be usable after it goes through all the emulation and software trickery necessary to make it work (assuming it even could).
