Depends, do you want a tablet? Do you not want a Nexus 7? Do you need LTE service? This is really up to you. I preffer the Nexus 7 over the Kindle Fire. But again, it is up to you.

Likewise, money. Do you have enough or are you stretching to buy the tablet. It is really your own personal financial wants vs needs.
