Clean disk and dragmentation are free directly within windows itself. Depending which versio of windodw you are using. The clean disk and disk defragmentation are under system tools. Another aplication that I have used elsewhere. a really good one for clearing out the temp files is clean up it's free and really small called cleanup http://www.stevengould.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=69 when you use it it makes the flushing of the toilet for the first 5-10 seconds. Also depending on how much there is to get rid of on temp files as we. I've seen it get rid of over 11 gigs of temp files when I was working at one of the hospitals.
