Windows 8 On Screen Keyboard button won't go away!

Hello people,

I recently had a problem with my laptop and the local computer shop told me to reset it. The problem was that WiFi would drop out out of nowhere and it would crash a lot. Now thats all fixed but now I have the following problem: the stupid button from my onscreen keyboard won't go away. Even if I turn it off as a toolbar for the taskbar, at reboot it comes back. I tried to put in a picture but that didn't work out.

I have a Samsung Notebook Series 3 with a i5 processor and Windows 8 installed. It's a multi-touch-pad PC but I have no touch screen on here.
