Hi, everyone, my name is Krysti. I'm having a bit of trouble connecting to my boss' computer (I'm in Nova Scotia, and he's in Manitoba, Canada). I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion.

I can connect, but it only stays connected for a few minutes and then disconnects. I am also having trouble viewing his network; I pressed Command K, entered an IP address, and it won't connect me (but it shows as connected on my end and his end). How do i fix this issue?
