Droid X battery dies too quickly -- what's a good upgrade?

So the battery in my phone sucks. It ends up dying very quickly. I'm looking to upgrade.

My phone currently has the Motorola BH5X battery.

I want to upgrade to the BH7X.(I found this.)

I did look at the BH6x, and it did offer a little more battery juice.

Before I buy one, I thought I would ask your opinions. Also, would the bh7x even fit and work in the Droid X?
