XFX 6850 Triple Screens using HDMI Adapter

Hey Guys! How has your day been?

My question is: If I wanted to have three screens running off of my XFX 6850 could I use a HDMI to DVI-D Adapter? I currently have 2 22" monitors (1080P) Connected Via DVI-D.

Before I used a Active Display Port to DVI-D adapter but that has now given up and doesn't want to work.

I do not plan to Enable Eyefinity to make the Three screens one "Single Large Display"

I simply want to be able to have the three screens running with no eyefinity.

Any answers are appreciated!

On the 6*** series cards the only way you can have 3 displays is by using the Active DP adapter and two other connecters. There's no way around it, I've tried in the past. Sorry

On the bright side the adapters are cheap, under $30 on Newegg.
