Video camera for streaming

I am looking into options for a camera that I can use to stream our monthly Mac group meeting. The plan is to record the meeting as well as hook it up to a laptop and stream it as well. I am hoping to get suggestions for a camera to use that is not to expensive as we are a non profit group and the budget is tight. Also any other suggestions that you would have to make it go smoothly would be greatly appreciated.
