Yes you can there are websites that you can pay them for a certain amount of views then they hack YouTube and get you those views and then that makes your videos more popular and then people see them more. |

You can buy anything with enough money. Seems counterproductive though, a paid view isn't going to help make your videos go viral. |

You could, but that's not the audience that you should be looking for. Those "viewers" aren't going to come back to your video and watch them again :P |
