Hello! How can I re-install Windows 7 to a new HDD or SSD? I am replacing my HDD for a new SSD or HDD to re-install Windows 7. I hear some clicking sound inside my computer, I was wondering could it be the HDD? any help will be so appreciated!

Buy an install disk/key from newegg or some other retailer, You really aren't specific, or do you want to transfer your install from a HDD you already have? I don't understand what you mean exactly.

Disconnect all other hard drives and plug in the one drive you will install you OS on and boot from the installation DVD.
Follow the prompts and when you're booted into Windows shut down.
Plug in your old hard drive and boot into the bios.
Set your new hard drive as the primary boot drive and when you're in Windows you can transfer your data over or what have you.
