Can anyone help me with install ClockworkMod recovery

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the steps you are taking? Ie.. the link to the tutorial that you're using

I've used odin tool and to install it once i do it'll take me to a screen where it runs some code and then boots into the os. I'll turn it off and boot into recovery mode and no matter what i get a the stock android recovery. If you still need more info just ask.

This isn't a tool that I'm very familiar with, I have only ever rooted HTC phones in the past and all of that is done using CMD in Windows or Terminal in OSX/Linux

Try following that guide, if it doesn't work, you might want to look in to finding out if you have an unlocked bootloader or not, this may be what's causing the issue
