How do YouTube partners get sponsored? I am just starting to build up my YouTube channel. I am a YouTube partner with monetization enabled (no AdSense yet).

I would like to know how to get and find a sponsor -- maybe for a tech channel that would show people how to build a new PC? I saw a guy on YouTube who was sponsored by Corsair and the company gave him a lot of parts.

My channel is all aviation and a little bit of tech. I am very tech savvy also (I can build a computer).

I am just starting my YouTube channel as well so I can help.to get sponsors all you do is go up to a company and ask if they can sponsor you and if they say no they say no but keep trying to get sponsors,You also need to say the name of the company at least once in the video or else they will probably stop sponsoring you because you would have broken the agreement but if you do say the name of the company then they will continue to sponsor you are send you things.I hope that answers your question

It's not really quite as simple as Solidsafety has made it out to be but at the same time it is.

You can contact companies and they will either say yae or nae. However, if you have a small channel the chances are they'll more than likely, almost definitely, say no. You can go the route of affiliate links which have been successful for people. Audible has an affiliate program as do other companies but be aware that you have to jump through a LOT of flaming hoops before they'll even consider allowing you to become on of their affiliates.

Also don't think that a sponsor will give you stuff to keep. 9 times out of 10 what you'll get are demonstration units that you will have to give back. I've not gotten a single thing to keep so far but I'm reviewing computers, and some quite heftily priced computers at that, so I really wasn't expecting to keep the hardware.

Also, although Solidsafety did mention this briefly, you will probably be required to sign some sort of agreement to the sponsorship of your channel. This will be a contract to say that you'll mention them at the beginning, during, or at the end of your video "This video is sponsored by insert name of company insert company blurb" some even ask that you do that beginning, middle, and end of the video. It depends on what they're giving you for your audience.

I've gotten sponsored by a couple of companies and I'm waiting on word back from another but I've been at this for around a year and I've found my audience and I've found my niche but I've only got 200 subs ... but they are all organic subs who are the "larger win" than sub for sub, etc.

Hope this helps :)

Unless you get 200-300k views per video you are not going to get sponsored by any big company.

Lot of gamers who get a few views get sponsored by controller modding companies and that is about it. They get their viewers 5-10% off products and not much else.

Affiliate programs are quite good if you want to earn a bit of money or get something back off something you bought. Other than that there is not much you can do.

Companies like Corsair sponsor custom modders a lot as most of the time they showcase products a lot and it is worth it for Corsair to get publicity like that.
