Hello, everyone.

I've been watching Chris' reviews about tablets, and I'm looking for advice to buy a tablet for educational purposes. I've decided that iPad is my best choice, but I was wondering if you can recommend some good PDF readers -- free or not -- that allow me to underline text and make comments.

Thanks for your answers.

Adobe Acrobat for iOS is probably the best one I can think of. You can get it here from the App Store for free.

You can also use iBooks and Dropbox if you like..but it's too basic.

You can also use Notability. I use this to actually write on pdf documents of power point slides. This allows for me to make notes as the instructor is speaking. It allows for highlighting as well. It can sync with dropbox and can organize based on classes. I have purchased many apps for taking notes over the past 2 years, and this has by far given me the best usability. It does take some getting used to, but after a few days of use is pretty easy to use.
