On one of my drives the file/folder '$Extend$usnjrnl:$J:$DATA' is at 7.94GB and is in 4038 fragments, it's making reading the drive and files very slow, can take anything up to 10 minutes just to Analyse the drive with a defrag program.

I have a empty 2TB drive, I was thinking would it work if i cut everything off the drive, pasted it onto the 2TB drive, then formatted the drive and pasted everything back onto it, would I run into any issues?

The drive is my main drive for installs, not the OS drive, has lots of programs and games installed on it none of which will be running as I transfer stuff over. running on Windows Vista.

Edit_

i just checked my main drive C, the USNJRNL is a wopping 90.13GB!! (but only 61 fragments)
