[closed] Am I a YouTube partner?

I was poking around my account and it says Partner | Verified, however when I searched around on Google, it said that you have to have YouTube Partner under your name on the Dashboard. I don't understand if I am one or if I'm not. I did apply, but I don't remember if I got the email.

If you are a Youtube partner, then you could enable monitization and custom image. It seems that you are verified that you are a real person and a partner.

Last year, YouTube converted all monitized accounts to partner accounts. They no longer accept accept applications for partnership, they find you.
