Be very careful with where this question goes, Any discussion on the creation of a Hackintosh are usually closed very quickly. This one will likely be as well if it does dive into that.

The question has been closed for the following reason "Duplicate Question but needing a virtual box to run OSX on it in windows. http://lockergnome.net/questions/202606/running-os-x-10-8-on-windows-8" by Compucore Feb 20 '13 at 19:38

Doing that is illegal and voids Apples EULA. With that said, it is possible to run OS X on a PC. Doing so is called a Hackintosh. We are not to talk about Hackintosh creation on this site. It is worth noting that a Hackintosh does not run on Windows but instead beside or instead of Windows on a formerly Windows-based PC.

What Ryan said, running OS X on a computer that is not made by Apple is illegal and invalidates your EULA with Apple.

You can try using vmware player to do that or at least make a simulation of the hardware. And run it in a virtual box.

But still it is still kind of making it illegal still since it would be like making a hackintosh computer. Since it is made strictly for what Apple has as for hardware.
