My father is looking for a home computer to use instead of his tablet from work. He is looking for the best value computer that runs either Windows 7 or Windows XP. The computer would have to be a laptop, not a desktop for portabilities sake since he has to leave the house for work at times. He would also need the laptop to be HDMI or VGA compatible since he has an external moniter for home use. Thank you for all who answer! This is helping a ton in my requested research for my father. |

I would be able to answer your question better if you gave me his price range. Between $200-500 Does the machine HAVE to have Windows, or is that a preference? The PC I linked looks like a good Windows 7 machine for the price. First, Windows is a preference and second, could you re enter the link for the PC. It isn't working on my end. jjb, HTML link formatting doesn't work on here, you need to just paste the link in plain text and it will work when you click it Can you paste the link for the 'This PC' because I can't seem to make the computer paste the link in plain text. You can only get another year of a lesser degree of support for XP. I would take that into serious consideration. |
