I have an HTC Radar Windows Phone 7.5 Mango phone, and I have T-Mobile. I have a monthly4G prepaid unlimited data plan, that comes with 5gb at up to 4g speeds, then the rest at 3g. Can T-Mobile charge me extra for using the Hotspot feature on my phone, or would they know? Thanks.

I have that plan too on my iPhone 4S. :) T-Mobile can charge you for it. I am getting it for free on my iPhone 4S however, I am factory unlocked and not jailbroken. I think it's because my phone is not sold by T-Mobile and therefore, does not have the software to block me out, I'm just using the epc.tmobile.com APN setting they gave me. They have yet to charge me for it yet. Now I have no clue what they would do for you, but on my iPhone, it just lets me use it, no jailbreaking, no hacking and a factory unlock. Oh, and if your phone is unlocked (not T-Mobile branded or sold through T-Mobile), I found the APN settings for this phone. You can view them on the thread here. I hope this helps!
