To make a long story short, I need to do a complete system restore on my laptop (running Windows 7). The only data I want to keep is my iTunes library of music, books, and apps. The problem is that my library has about 70GB of data. I don't have access to an external hard drive and money is too tight to buy one. I have a desktop that is also running Windows 7 and has more than enough free space on its hard drive. Would it be possible to use this as an external hard drive to save my iTunes library on until my laptop has been restored? And what would be the best way to go about this? Thanks in advance for any help!

It's a simple case of copying you 'iTunes' file to wherever you want to back it up to. Then when you want to restore it you can just download iTunes and replace the 'iTunes' folder that's there with the one you backed up.
(This is on a Mac but the files are the same)
