I own a 2011 Mac Mini running Mountain Lion, and I have two AOC screens hooked up, the one thing I hate about it is if I turn them off, or I let them run into screensaver the second I wake them up everything is pushed back onto the first screen.
I'm not sure if the Mac just doesn't detect the screen for a while or if its a general bug, but it can get annoying, I like to have my Mail and Twitter on the second screen and everything else on the first.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I know what you're talking about and what you need to do to hopefully overcome your problem. Press this key combination: Control+Shift+Eject. This will halt the display out to the screens, but will still function. For instance, if you were rendering a large video overnight, you could press that, and it wouldn't disturb you.
