Hi, right now I have a belkin router. The router is fine but for some reason my S3 often drops connection when I'm in my room. I have a desktop in my room that's connected using an edimax wifi usb adapter. I was wondering if there's any way I could use the wifi adapter (which get's very good signal) and have it boost the wifi strength in my room.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ray

are you able to connect your PC using ethernet? if so, you can use the USB wifi adapter as a hotspot.

other than that, you will need 2 wifi adapters, or if your wifi router has external antennas, either get a higher gain antenna, or add a parabolic reflector.

I can't connect to Ethernet since the box is on the other sid eof the house.

I do have 2 wifi adapter though, so how could I set that up?

This site has a pretty good guide on setting it up.
