For all I know there isn't a free way unless when you sign up with a domain name, they might throw it in for free. If you can't get a free way, I suggest you generate a fake name and address from Fake Name Generator: http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/.

When you register a domain you have to provide valid whois contact information. However this can be masked for most TLD's using the registrar's privacy service. Not all TLD's and not all registrars offer such a service; for example, you cannot use a private registration for a .us domain. You will want to speak with your registrar to determine whether or not such a service is available for the domain in question.
