Is there a specific Linux operating system that can be ran on a Live USB drive that can tell you if there is anything wrong with your computers hardware? I believe there is a problem with my computers RAM sticks. I want to confirm this, and was wondering if there is a OS that can confirm this for me?
Or is there a way to tell just from the BIOS?

Well I do know that there is this one ultimate boot cd which has some things including for testing memory. Could give that a try. As for it being on a USB stick You might have to go another route. But at least with this one you can actually do testing witha cdrom or a dvd burner.
