There is no "best". Some will fit your needs more than others. That is why I suggest giving them all a try. Personally, Final Cut Pro is the best for me, but others might like Premier Pro or Avid.
Download the trials and see which you like best.

It really depends on your needs/preferences.
In my opinion the most user-friendly pro NLE is Final Cut Pro X. It's my preferred NLE.
The Adobe CS6 Production Premium Suite is great if you need to do things VFX in After Effects and professional sound mixing in Audition, but FCPX has it's own solutions for that as well. Motion 5 is $50, and, while not as robust as After Effects, is good enough for some. I'm personally not a big fan of Premiere as an editor though.
There's also Avid, which I have never used, so I can't really speak to it.
It really comes down to preferences so all I can recommend are my own. Bottom line, my ideal workflow would be:
Make my cuts in FCPX
VFX/Motion Graphics in AE
Audio mixing in Pro Tools
Color grading in DaVinci Resolve
But I have no clue what your needs are haha. Hope that helps.
