Okay, I don't just want a bunch of haters to say "this phone sucks, this one is awesome". Tell me which Operating System on phones you prefer. I want to hear about Android, iPhone OS, Windows Phone 7, and Blackberry OS. I personally am tied between all of them, Android is open source so there are more apps developed daily. iPhone OS just does literally EVERYTHING already. Blackberry looks very professional. But all in all Windows Phone 7 is rumored to be GREAT! Help me out guys, what should I get, and why?

This is tough, because it isn't always just the operating system that matters. In the case of HTC phones, their top level software makes a difference.

That said, it's all about what system offers what you need, and how easy it is for you to do what you need. Many people are happy with Windows Mobile with SPB Mobile Shell on top. Others like Andriod with the HTC Sense UI interface.

I can almost assure you, that if you do not go and actually check out the different phones you are interrested in, you'll pick one that isn't perfect for you. On a good note, all of the above phones are nice.

Android because of its capability, because it is open source, and because it is made by Google.

My preference is android, I have to say that the best phone on the market right now in North America right now (in my opinion of course) is the Evo 4g on sprint! I love android because of its notification system and how open it is to rooters and developers in general. Not to mention it is getting better every month!

I'd probably go for Windows 7 but I haven't tried it yet so I have no idea.
