I ran games on my computer perfectly a few months ago. The I started dropping frames in one or two games. I reinstalled Windows 7, checked the disk, ran scans, checked for updates on drivers, etc. I use/have used the programs Advanced SystemCare, Intel's Turbo Boost processor program, switching to "adjust Windows for best performance", and Gamebooster. Anything else? Like a task-killer or even if it isn't like one. Or if you just want to help me fix this issue ENTIRELY with a semi-easy remedy. Thank you.

You really are not going to get programs that boost performance of games. Most of the time they just shut off the background programs. Therefore making it faster. Try running a anti virus scan using MalwareBytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Download the free one and update and do a full system scan. If it finds something delete what it finds.
