I made the blind jump into windows 8 pro and find it's a rather nice OS despite the learning curve I went through. But now I face a different problem and one that's frankly out of my league. Whether I'm watching Netflix, playing Minecraft, World of Warcraft or just generally leaving my computer running for any great length of time I get this error from anywhere around 2 hours to as little as 30 min.
BSOD: BAD_POOL_HEADER system then auto restarts, and sometimes kicks into recovery mode.
I've sent the feedback into Microsoft and doing research all I've found are forums to update drivers etc etc, well I figured that much out on my own and have already done it. So I'm at a loss and looking for help here with all of you. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Times like this I wish Call for Help was still around, because I very much want this issue to be fixed.

It looks like you could have faulty RAM. The steps for troubleshooting this aren't particularly fun though. So I'd wait and see if an update fixes it, if you don't see one in a week or so I'd go ahead and try some new RAM sticks.
It could also be related to other components being faulty though.
If you could open the BSOD dump in a program like BlueScreenView, it could help narrow down the culprit.
