Well it runs 3.1. I don't understand. I know of someone who had their computer not be able to support it but their computer ran old video card drivers instead of their updated ones. Should I reinstall my video card? What should I do? Any tricks that might work for updating or any general advice? If this doesn't work, I will take this matter to Intel customer support. I have Intel HD graphics 3000 2nd gen. I heard that OpenGL might be broken with HD3000 graphics. Hmmm. Thanks in advance.

Has OpenGL 3.2+ worked before on your video card? If it has, then you may just have to reinstall the video card, as that could fix any problem which has been caused over time. If it hasn't then, perhaps try to install some new drivers for the videocard, as these could contain an update which will add support for OpenGL 3.2+.
I am not really an expert on this sort of thing, as I have never really experienced this sort of problem. However, I have found in the past that updating or reinstalling the drivers fixes several problems, so perhaps give that a try. I hope this helps! :)
