This may sound like sience fiction, but all i want is some kind of machine, where i give it a broken device, it scans and examines the hardware then points out exactly where the faulty part/area. is there anything even remotly similar? I just came up with the idea.

I don't think anything like this exists.. It's much cheaper to just have a worker look at something that's broken and have it fixed or replaced (or just completely replace the product) then to invest in a machine that could do this. It would also have to have a pretty damn smart AI in order to even see any faults in a piece of hardware.
