Motherboards supported CPU's, without knowing all the info on the CPU i'm not sure if it's compatable. but there is a 3.6Ghz AMD bulldozer on the list which might be that CPU.
Graphics card will work
CPU cooler will work on AM3
RAM will work
PSU will work
HDD will work
SSD will work
what case are you getting, the graphics card will be a long one, dont forget a copy of windows and a DVD drive if your planning on installing windows from disk.
if your going to be gaming and video editing, 1TB HDD will probably not be enough, i would go for a 2TB,
i would also change the ram to 2 8GB sticks so you have room to add more if it's not enough.

Everything looks like it should go together fine. I am concerned about your water cooling, because if this is your first build, you might want to avoid that unless you absolutely know what you're doing.
If you haven't already bought the parts, I'd suggest upgrading the CPU from the FX-8150 to the FX-8320 or FX-8350, because it's a newer architecture, and Piledriver (2nd Generation AMD CPUs) have better single threaded support which will be good for applications not coded to take advantage of all of the cores.

I would recommend that since the mobo supports a raids array, that for the increased Fisk speed and capacity that you get several hard drives and put them in a raid... Win 8 will even but of gpt partitions I uefi mode so the while system will get a boost
