I had bought an HTC Sensation a few months ago second hand off of e-bay when I was on holiday in the UK. It was an unlocked and used Vodafone Sensation, and my first go into the Android experience. It has so far been THE BEST phone I have owned (and one of the best I EVER used) as of yet . BUT, it seems that many of it's users on the Vodafone UK network have complained from the same problem which I have, which is that the phone randomly turns off even if the battery is not even CLOSE to being over (in fact, it usually switches off at either 90% or 60% battery remaining!). Recently, it has gone down in the daily frequency from around 5-7 times to around 0-3 times (but rarely even more), and what's weird is it NEVER switches off when I'm at home, but when I'm outside my house, it just turns off like CRAAAAZAAAAAAY.....

Well bro, I'm going to tell you that you might have to replace the battery. If that doesn't work, you could just root, install a custom recovery and put a custom ROM. That might help you in your case, and a custom ROM is a hell of a lot better than stock in most cases.
