If you feel like it may cause you any problems or that it may get worse, take it back to an Apple store or the Carrier store. Preferably the Apple Store, Most carrier stores have widely varying degrees of service.
They will probably give you a replacement, but you should back it up before hand as you won't get the chance to do it there. Even if they find that your problem is intended behavior, a lot of times if they're busy they give out replacements just to get people out the door. Good Luck.
