I would like to have that code in one file so I don't have to write it over and over again.

I'm pretty sure you can create the code in a different file (maybe in a function?) and include the file at the top of the page and use it.
What would be the proper way to use the external file after I include it in the html file?
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
