When we see an accident in progress from begining to end, why do we know what's going to happen? For example: We see a speeding car down a dirt road. We see the road ends at a cliff. Vehicle shows no signs of slowing down or change of direction. With a few feet left before the cliff ... WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, WHY?
Is it Precognition, Psychic, Time Travel, etc.

NONE of the above.
The answer is science, not pseudo-science/quackery. LOGIC and INTELLIGENCE lead us to the inevitable conclusion that the vehicle will, very quickly, run out of available options to avert disaster.

its because we use the knowledge that we know the car will not slow down, therefore the laws of physics must take place. The answer is not Time Travel, Precognition, or being Psychic... Its pure Logic

The speed of thought is as fast as electrons can jump from atom to atom(no i am not talking about chemical binding).I am talking about electricity. The speed of thought is as fast as electricity travels.

We don't know what's going to happen but based on previous experiences we can come to a conclusion as to what is going to happen. There's no reason why that car could drive to the edge of the cliff and stop.
Thought has no speed, it is instantaneous.

This question sucks, but I'm going to answer it anyways. What do you think what happens if you shoot a bullet in your head? Well you're going to be dead probably. These "things" are called conclusions (and logic). There's really no point of this question.

Nope, because lets say you have a question on a board, you have to think of the answer to that question, it doesn't matter how fast you can answer the question, light will already have gotten to you for you to be able to read the question.
