How does the design of my website look?

First off I'm going to say this is not meant to be spam, or advertising.

I've been working on my website for about a year and a half now. The design has improved very much. I really want to know what you all think of the design. It is ZLStudios.net. Just a note: It does not look good in IE7, or earlier.
