Why can't I vote down 13805?

Possible bug? It keeps telling me "We're sorry, but an unknown error ocurred. Please try again in a while." I can up/down other posts...

I feel as though I can't submit this as a bug report, because I know nothing about it and am unable to debug it.

I can't navigate to that question at all; got a 500 error. Must be something wrong with it.

It wouldn't be deleted or we'd get 404 errors.

Where are you seeing that link public? There's nothing past the ID. I'd still file it as a bug report - even though Rick is likely seeing the "500" errors.

Well the bug is there for errors accessing the question; which I guess would make that a separate issue.

@Seb: That might be due to the asker having only 1 rep; 1-5=-4, and the minimum is zero. That'd be a bug.
