Yeah. iWork is cheaper, cleaner, and works more efficiently.

iWork. I have had bad experiences with Office on my Mac. I love the simplicity of iWork. Plus it's great on the iPad.

iWork is more integrated with the Mac operating system, plus Applecare for your computer includes support for iWork software.

Currently i use iWork more but when Office 2011 for the Mac is released i will likely move to the Office suite. At the moment the 2008 version is quite buggy and is not that much integrated into the Mac User Interface.

iWork has a much cleaner UI than Office, that's for sure. They both seem to have an equal amount of features as far as that goes. It's just all about the UI.iWork has a much cleaner UI than Office, that's for sure. They both seem to have an equal amount of features as far as that goes. I've tried both, and I like iWork a whole lot better. Office 2008 seems to lag and take a lot of time to load for me. However, the Office 2011 Beta looks pretty promising, so I might be willing to change my opinion later.

I have used only iWork for OS X, but I would be willing to give MS Office for Mac a try, as I know Office much better.
