Seriously - I don't even know where to begin.

http://apple.com/iphone/

I'd have to say the "killer" feature for me would have to be the HD video recording (720p at 30fps).

iPhone

I'd have to say the antenna is the iPhone 4s "killer" feature.

I still don't see why Apple couldn't have also released an iMovie app for the 3G S. The only feature of iMovie that likely uses the extra RAM offered by the iPhone 4 is the feature to record directly into the time line, which I would have barely used anyway.

I emailed Steve Jobs a while back about iMovie on older devices...he replied, "Sorry, no. Sent from my iPhone".

Proabably "Facetime" considering it's open which correct me if I'm wrong it will be cross-platform. Me on my Android chatting with my Friend on a iPhone 4!

Multi-tasking is a big one. As for showing off the true power of the OS, I think developing iMovie for it was a great move, along with the new name to separate it from the iPhone OS ( finally ). I can't really say much about the display until I see it, but it really interests me.

AT&T kills the iphone if that's what you mean. A phone that can't make calls #fail

What are you talking about? I get 5 bars on 3G, EGDE, and GPRS all the time.

The battery life, multi-tasking and how it uses stainless steel.

I think the killer feature of iPhone 4 is the screen. the fact that you will be able to see so much more of just about anything is awesome. if only AT&T was less of a failure, then the iPhone would be perfect.

What's the killer feature? The fact that I can't get it on Verizon kills it for me. :0(

Well that's Verizon's fault, they declined Apple's offer, blame them, not Apple.
