Hiren's BootCD a copy of a few linux distro's (can always help) some linux bootable operating systems like DSL or Knoppix

also good to keep the latest versions of antivirus, spyware scanners on a flash drive, and a registry fixer like 'advanced system care' 'glary Utilities' 'ccleaner'

if you get paid, it could be good to have a mobile broadband dongle, or a pay as you go mobile broadband dongle so it's there when you need it, but you dont have to pay if you dont use it. (but is much more expensive then the other types)
