I'm not very knowledgeable in software. Someone on YouTube said deleting this file would help my machine run faster. Is this true? And if so how exactly do you go about doing this without deleting the wrong files?

System32 is a special system folder on some Microsoft Windows operating systems. Unless you are an expert user, you shouldn't manually delete files in your Windows system folders.

I think its something to do with 32 bits not sure though.

It handles all of windows files, delete one and you may break your OS.
