I just recently pre-ordered the limited edition of Halo: Reach and I was wondering if you guys pre-ordered games, or do you just wait until the normal release? |
Yes, I do occasionally pre-order games. I do so through Amazon.com, since they have a price-match guarantee, whereby I receive a refund if the price I paid to pre-order ends up being higher than the price the game actually sells for on its opening release day. I currently have Blizzard's World of Warcraft: Cataclysm on pre-order. |

I pre-order games/movies on rare occasions. The latest one I have on order is the new World of Warcraft, Cataclysms. I have to be very interested in the item before I preorder it and usually I just wait for the release. Only if I want to guarantee that I get a copy will I preorder and on occasion I will pre-order to take advantage of the extra items included, like I did with Star Trek Online. |
No, because I wait for reviews, or someone who has played the beta. I really want to get fallout new vegas. Although I am thinking about pre-ordering. |
I have pre-ordered games. I usually don't need to because I can find a local store with a copy. |
There are benefits to preordering, perks i guess. sometimes you get limited eddition things and things that are only for those that preorder. so if its worth it, i;d preorder, esoecuakky if prices arent going down any time sooon |
