If you are somebody who repairs computers for a living (like myself) do you always wear your geek strap (to protect the components from ESD) or do you often not bother? How important is it to wear it? Often I just keep the computer plugged in to a grounded mains supply and keep touching the metal casing? Is this wrong?!!??

Even though my location is not prone to electrical static, I still use one incase just to be safe with the electronics.

I Dont Really bother wearing one on my PC, but i would wear a strap on a Exspensive system just incase something would happen.

You Should Really allways wear one.
