htc legend help please?

i have downloaded a few live wallpapers from the android market and to use them it say there should be a button in wallpapers that says live wallpapers i have tried multiple downloads and multiple live wallpapers and a restart and this button just refuses to appear, can anyone help and provide steps to solving this problem
