Format Factory can convert pretty much anything to anything and it's free. Bonus.

Well, I use MPEG Streamclip to send things over to Chris for videos and Chris uses when he convert from a recorder to MPEG 4. Also it is free.

drop everything else and go for format factory, not only because its brilliant for video files but also converts between any other media files also
