I use su.pr mostly - it has the added value of not only tracking links, but bonus stumblethrough traffic.

I no longer manually use any URL shortening service. Why? The various Twitter apps I use all auto-shorten and auto-resolve URLs so I don't have to. My favorite Twitter client these days is Brizzly.

I've tried others, but Tinyurl is the one I use for almost all of the URL shortening I need:
