ive decided that linux mint isnt for me, but i dont know how to unistall it while restoring the windows grub, im dual booting with widows 7 home premium but don't have a windows installation cd.

This, my good sir would be what you need. With no Windows disc, grab the 64/32 bit version of Microsofts' own discs for just this problem. :)
Just delete the ubuntu partition from Windows and expand the drive to take up the free space. Use the recovery disc to just check for startup errors which is all quite self explanatory/see the post linked to above :)
