A new filmcamera

I'm playing in a band and we record clips for youtube. This is one of our clips: http://www.youtube.com/user/Steffi87HG#p/u/3/U0JdN_mePfQ

As you may see, our quality of sound and video is poor. So, I looking for a new camera. I was thinking about an camera like the Flip Mino. I need something with kinda decent sound and good quality in low light. Also is a low price a pro. What are your suggestions?
